At Accel Club, the Talent Acquisition team is responsible for hiring the best talents in e-commerce, marketing, product management, supply chain, technology, and corporate teams. The team is based in Serbia and Poland and supports all hiring efforts of the company worldwide. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's dynamic growth and strategic objectives. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop efficient recruitment strategies to identify and engage top candidates up to mid-level managers.


You will manage end-to-end recruitment process and your key responsibilities will include

  • Partnership: Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and talent needs. Provide advisory and solutions to these needs.
  • Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn and other recruitment tools to identify and attract qualified candidates. Review talent attraction ratios and propose improvement ideas.
  • Screening: Review resumes, conduct on-line live screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Excel in Scorecards notes in ATS to ensure high assessment standards are met.
  • Meetings Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Offer Negotiation: Negotiate remuneration packages and hiring conditions and extend offers to selected candidates.
  • Onboarding: Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding activities to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Regularly present recruitment stats to stakeholders and propose a solution proposal based on data.
  • ATS maintenance: Regularly update and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate and process information.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and propose improvements to recruitment processes to optimize efficiency.


Skills and competencies you need to succeed in this role

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a global talent acquisition team.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top non-tech talent at multiple geographies.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices in hiring for non-tech positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with results tracking and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to network effectively and build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Independence and ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Linkedin Recruiter.
  • Passion for recruiting and a commitment to delivering results.
