Acclaim is an almost 30 people team of passionate people who create greatly optimized websites including the JAMStack approach and modern web applications mostly based on React.

We work in a no-office model. Since the beginning (2014) each of us works 🧑‍💻 100% remotely from a convenient place based on B2B cooperation. The recipients of our services are Software Houses, Agencies, and final clients from all over the world (Mostly the US, UK, Canada, Australia). All of the projects are managed by a Project Manager and tested by a QA Tester. We settle the working time using Toggl, communicate through Slack, and organize tasks in ClickUp. AS A PROJECT MANAGER YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

✅ Managing projects and human resources to deliver functional and great looking websites on time and budget

✅ Cooperating with a team of over 20 incredibly talented developers and a QA tester

✅ Communication between key clients and the entire in-house team during the projects and during new project set-up

✅ Double-checking the tasks and projects (after the QA process)

✅ Improving our processes and creating new ones – we love feedback and proactivity

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

✅ Native Polish speaker
✅ Great communication skills including good command of English – at least C1
✅ At least a year of experience as an IT Project Manager

✅ Ability to manage team’s and client’s expectations while dealing with timelines and deadlines

✅ Ability to juggle many different contexts and projects simultaneously (up to 10+ small projects at once — we don't work with the SCRUM projects, our projects are much smaller)

✅ Self-reliance and an ability to organize and prioritize your work with efficiency in mind and an ability to support others in such areas

✅ Ability to manage resources and stay agile while doing so

✅ Availability after the default working hours for the constant communication with the clients from different timing zones

✅ Availability to schedule a call with a client in a different time zone (think two-three times a week, morning hours in NY or SF)
