Sales Operations Specialist

The Sales Operations Specialist supports project onboarding, financial processes, and day-to-day operational workflows. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with both internal teams and customers.

Your role:

  • Collect information needed for project onboarding and ensure all steps in the onboarding system are completed.

  • Maintain accurate project data, milestones, and budgets across internal tools.

  • Coordinate with support teams in English to resolve workflow or system issues.

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports for internal teams and customers.

  • Prepare invoices, upload them to client systems, track approvals, and monitor payments.

  • Maintain documentation, monitor system updates, and ensure user access remains valid.

  • Communicate with customers regarding invoice acceptance, reports, and financial confirmations.

  • Track budget ownership and identify potential discrepancies.

  • Experience in sales operations, project coordination, or finance-related roles.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to work with international teams in English.

  • Familiarity with invoicing, reporting, and project-tracking tools.
