This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on directing and optimizing content production through advanced prompt engineering and architectural oversight. You aren’t here to "write"; you are here to build the systems that produce elite results. You will validate, refine, and direct AI-generated output for high-end guest blogging and SEO ranking, ensuring every piece of data aligns with strict client standards.

This role is fully remote.

The Business-First Mandate

We are not looking for "experimental" hobbyists. This role is about implementation and ROI. You will be expected to approach every task with a business-first mindset:

How does this output drive revenue?

Is the architecture scalable?

Does the prompt solve a specific business problem, or is it just "cool" text?

Educational Path & Resources

You won't be flying blind. You will be expected to master and apply knowledge directly from:

SensAI Academy (materials.sensai.io): You will use these high-level Polish modules to refine your workflow and stay at the cutting edge of agentic AI.

Internal Frameworks: You will implement and polish our specific agency service models using these professional materials.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The Persona: Ideally a polytechnic or university student (approx. 20–24 years old) based in Poland. We need an "engineering" brain—someone who thinks in logic gates, not just flowery prose.

The Mindset: Analytical, strategic, and disciplined.

Communication: A B2 English level is sufficient. We have a dedicated polishing team for the final "shine"; we need you to focus on the structural integrity of the output.

The "No-Go" Filter (Read Carefully)

Let’s be blunt: This is not a job for a "Content Writer" who recently discovered the free version of ChatGPT and thinks they’ve found a magic wand. If your "expertise" consists of asking a chatbot to "write a 500-word blog post," please don't waste your time. We aren’t looking for people who fill pages with words; we are looking for content architects who structure data. If you don't understand the difference between generating text and engineering a business solution, this isn't for you.

Hours & Availability

30-Hour Flexi-Clock: We value results over "sitting in a chair," but we operate an ultra-efficient clock.

Availability: You must be available Monday – Friday for necessary 1:1 calls with team members to ensure alignment and rapid implementation.

Overtime: There is a consistent possibility for overtime for those who prove their efficiency.

Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential: Total compensation, including overtime, offers the potential to earn 6,000 PLN per month.
