What you will do:
Define and lead the creative vision for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, ATL/BTL, content, and experiential channels
Translate business and marketing objectives into compelling, insight-driven creative concepts that are strategically sound, scalable, and feasible across all touchpoints
Ensure creative excellence and consistency across all campaign assets, maintaining high standards of craft, innovation, and brand alignment
Oversee concept development, storytelling, art direction, and messaging frameworks; review and approve key deliverables before client presentation or launch
Present and defend creative concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders, building trusted, long-term client relationships
Lead and coordinate creative teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Recruit, onboard, and develop team members; organize workflow, set and monitor goals, provide ongoing support, conduct performance evaluations, and deliver regular feedback
Collaborate closely with media, performance, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are not only creatively strong but also results-driven; monitor effectiveness and use data-driven insights to refine ongoing and future creative direction
Shape the vision, standards, processes, and culture of the team, setting clear expectations for quality and ways of working
Stay ahead of cultural, technological, and consumer trends to continuously elevate the agency’s creative output
We look forward to working together if:
You have 6+ years of experience in a similar senior creative role within the creative industry, preferably in a marketing or advertising agencies
You have proven experience leading creative teams either in agencies or in-house brand teams, delivering high-visibility campaigns for top global brands (B2B experience is a strong advantage)
You have strong design expertise supported by an extensive portfolio showcasing concept-driven, integrated, multi-channel campaigns
You have excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently articulate and defend creative ideas to clients and stakeholders
You have demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities, with experience developing talent and fostering high-performing creative teams
You have the ability to balance creative ambition with business objectives and KPIs
You have experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while maintaining high standards of creative quality
Fluency in English at C1 level or above
Even better if:
You have experience in performance-driven campaigns
You have worked with international and/ or corporate clients
You have background in both brand and performance marketing
You are familiar with emerging technologies, AI tools, and innovation in creative production.
