What you will do:

  • Overseeing the daily functioning of the office, including ensuring supplies and resources are available
  • Organizing office space, including managing workstations and meeting areas
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (both physical and electronic)
  • Archiving and managing office documentation
  • Preparing reports, summaries for company needs
  • Planning and organizing internal and external meetings
  • Support with coordination of company events, training sessions, and team-building activities
  • Managing relationships with external service providers (e.g., cleaning services, office equipment suppliers)
  • Welcoming and assisting visitors to the office
  • Managing schedules and reservations for conference rooms
  • Supporting onboarding processes for new employees (e.g., preparing workstations, introducing office policies).
