UX/UI Team Lead

What you will do:

The main task of this role is to grow our digital team – not necessarily in size, but in quality. They are a very strong, ambitious team that is keen to learn and improve. You will be their mentor, you will listen, inspire, and further grow both individual members, and the knowledge of the team as a whole.

• You will be co-creating the design system for big corporate company.

• You will be responsible for leading the research and execution of digital experiences for new and already established brands.

• You will be responsible for developing the required mindset and skillset in the team.

• You will be responsible for leading the team into the different stages of the design process; from the kick-off meeting working with clients to identify their needs and helping them bring more value, to conducting the necessary UX research, translating findings into actionable insights, working collaboratively to plan and distribute work, leading the design of websites, features and comprehensive design systems, and making sure that every design is tested right before its launch.

• You will represent pixel perfect approach.

• You will be the point of contact for some of our clients; working closely with strategists, creative directors, project managers and other team members to build trust and understanding when it comes to their digital needs and how we can enhance their strengths and deliver the most value.

• You will be responsible for the development of each team member, their mindset and approach, sharing regular feedback, evaluating their performance, managing development budget, participating in salary reviews and promotion processes, as well as co-creating development paths for/with designers.

We look forward to working together if:

• You are an accomplished designer with 5+ years of experience within the UX/UI discipline.

• You have at least 2 years of managing a team; you are passionate about mentoring others to further develop their artistic and technical skill sets and are excited about managing, leading less experienced designers.

• You have a recent portfolio of work that showcases your passion for UX/UI and experience translating brand guidelines into design systems.

• You are able to empathise with audiences and stakeholders through research. You know what methods to use when, including: questionnaires, focus groups, task analysis, online surveys, user stories and user journey mapping.

• You have excellent wireframing and prototyping skills (Figma is a must).

• You have the knowledge of limits and structure of HTML/CSS.

• You have experience working with development teams and have an understanding of how digital products and applications are built from a back-end and front-end perspective.

• You are comfortable implementing and using AI solutions.

• You are fluent in English.
