We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our international clients in the US market. You’ll handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, assist with claims, and ensure smooth communication and accurate data entry.If you’re client-focused and skilled at building lasting business relationships - we’d love to have you on board.
Your Responsibilities
Provide professional customer service via phone and email to US-based clients
Answer questions, resolve issues, and guide customers through processes such as claims, account navigation, and service troubleshooting
Accurately enter and update data in systems with high attention to detail
Process claims and verify documentation
Collaborate with other teams to meet deadlines and deliver results
Demonstrate accountability and dedication in completing tasks while meeting call center performance metrics
Participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge and skills
Requirements
Fluency in English (required)
Bilingual in English & Spanish is a strong plus
1+ year of experience in a customer service or call center environment
Strong MS Office and computer skills; ability to work with multiple systems efficiently
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
Availability for evening shifts: 5PM–2AM (with 1 hour lunch break)
Punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service
