Opis stanowiska

We are looking for a Global Category Buyer Specialist who will be responsible for managing the Kitchen Equipment category within global purchasing.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the tender process – forecast, RFP, Capex negotiations,
  • Preparation of short- and long-term purchasing strategies,
  • Acquisition of the best suppliers while maintaining cost optimization,
  • Ensuring equipment availability – stock control at suppliers,
  • Analysis and control of market trends,
  • Negotiation and signing of contracts,
  • Cooperation with internal customers,
  • Co-creation of processes and improvements in the area of purchasing,
  • Striving to achieve goals and savings in investment purchases,
  • Managing supplier relationships,
  • Conducting business meetings.

Requirements for Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing.
  • Higher education in engineering, economics, or other related fields.
  • Experience in sourcing, negotiations, and inventory management.
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an emphasis on prioritizing tasks and achieving goals within set deadlines.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
