Sourcing Specialist

📍 Location: Warsaw/Wroclaw

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will manage sourcing activities for Food & Packaging categories, ensuring reliable supply service, strong supplier relationships, and consistent QA standards across the chain.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective supply service for venues, enabling teams to focus on customer experience,

• Coordinate and optimize sourcing activities from procurement to delivery,

• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and contract compliance,

• Prepare sourcing strategies, risk assessments, and contingency plans for assigned categories,

• Support contract negotiations and tender processes in line with company procedures,

• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and secure product availability,

• Identify new suppliers and products, conduct cost analyses, and maintain QA and price standards.

Requirements for Candidate

• Higher education (preferred) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or related fields,

• 1–2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain,

• Strong command of English (spoken and written),

• Very good Excel skills,

• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and attention to detail,

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
