Financial Controller
Anitech Solutions Limited is seeking a motivated and commercially oriented Financial Controller to join our growing international technology business based in Kraków.
Reporting directly to the CFO, this role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to broaden their international experience within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment. The successful candidate will run the day-to-day financial operations of the business while contributing to financial planning, reporting, process improvement, and strategic initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
This position would suit someone who enjoys combining hands-on financial control responsibilities with exposure to wider commercial and operational activities.
Responsibilities
Support the CFO in the management of the finance function.
Actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, tax compliance, and performance reporting.
Generate financial reporting to produce results and statements for all company entities
Support business decision-making through financial insights and commercial analysis.
Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including transaction processing, intercompany accounting, payroll coordination, and working capital management.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring effective controls and procedures are maintained.
Assist in improving financial systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies.
Support the implementation of internal controls, governance procedures, and risk management processes.
Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, including the rollout of AI-driven finance tools and automation.
Liaise with external partners including auditors, insurance brokers, banks, and grant agencies.
Support and collaborate with other members of the finance team and wider business functions.
Requirements
Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Solution-oriented mindset with an interest in process improvement and finance technology.
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience working in an international or multi-entity environment would be advantageous.
Hand on and willingness to deal with routine Financial Controller duties as well as the strategic aspects of the role.
Advanced English and Polish.
