Our client is an international company focusing on innovative and sustainable solutions to support the transition to a greener future w związku ze wzmożonym nakładem pracy prze najbliższe 6 miesiecy, poszukuje osoby na stanowisko AP lub Senior AP Accountant. 

AP Accountant with English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Timely and accurate processing of vendors' PO and non-PO invoices.
• Performing vendors' statements of account reconciliation.
• Supporting transition processes.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment issues or discrepancies.
• Creating process instructions and documentation.
• Timely and accurate posting of intercompany documents.
• Preparing and issuing free text invoices to clients based on contractual agreements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Accounts Payable or a similar financial role.
• Konowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of intercompany transactions nice to have.
• Ability to work efficiently in an international environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
