Our client – a global organization in the technology and innovation sector – is expanding its finance operations and looking for talented AR & Collections Specialists to join the Accounts Receivable team.

AR & Collections Specialist with English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage cash collections for the US market via phone, email, and customer portals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve issues.
• Monitor overdue balances, identify risks, and take proactive steps to recover outstanding receivables.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Billing, Customer Service, Indirect Tax) to resolve disputes and ensure accurate reporting.
• Support unclaimed property compliance activities in cooperation with the Indirect Tax Department.
• Prepare reports and analyses on overdue receivables, providing insights and recommendations to improve cash flow.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min.1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections (experience with the US market is an advantage).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level minimum) – both written and spoken.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive, independent, and organized approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of unclaimed property regulations is a plus.
