Job description:
Analyse, develop tender strategies and handle tenders and contracts with customers and commercial partners while ensuring quality and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Tender identification and assessment
- Perform Tender submission, outcome analysis and contract handling
- May contribute to the development of tender strategies for the assigned area
- Remains up to date with local and regional tender requirements (legal requirements within MedTech)
- Accountable for productivity and quality metrics
- Partner with sales managers and representatives to manage effectively bids and tenders, may participate in improvement projects
- Perform basic data analysis and generate routine reports
- Respond to inquiries and requests from stakeholders and resolve issues with limited scope
- Update and maintain prices in JDE based on Tenders & Bids
- Other incidental duties
Skills:
- Relevant professional experience
- Good computer skills in MS Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis
- Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules)
