Contract & Pricing Support Specialist with German
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and resolve incoming questions about deals and pricing.
- Work closely with Sales, Order Support, Billing, Master Data, Finance, and Service teams to ensure smooth processing of quotes, contracts, and pricing.
- Track expiring contracts and notify the Sales team.
- Follow up with Sales to ensure contract renewals or negotiations.
- Prepare and update quotes and contracts.
- Renew or extend contracts as needed.
- Handle price mismatch requests for the Order Support team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in analysis and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English and German (min. B2).
