Customer Support Associate with German
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Associate with German to join the Customer Service department. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with customers and want to develop their career in an international fintech environment.
Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and emails from German-speaking customers regarding transactions, requests, and issues
Providing clear, professional, and solution-oriented customer support
Actively listening to customers and identifying their needs
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal teams
Working with internal systems to manage customer cases and ensure accurate documentation
Following company processes and performance standards
Recommending appropriate products or services based on customer needs
Requirements:
German language at minimum B2/C1 level
English at communicative level
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or similar role (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving attitude
Availability to work in a hybrid model
