Customer Support Specialist with Dutch
For our client - a global IT services, consulting, and business solutions company - we re looking for a candidate who who will join and strengthen the new team!
Position: Customer Support Specialist with Dutch
Location: Warsaw, Wola
Model of work: 3 days from home, 2 days onsite / week
Working hours: Customer support operates 24/7. The schedule is adjusted based on business/employees needs, shifts are 8 hours long, and night work can always be performed from home.
ROLE:
Serving as the first point of contact for all IT‑related issues.
Handling incoming requests via phone, email, web, and chat in a professional manner.
Performing thorough diagnostics to enable first‑time resolution whenever possible.
Managing incidents through their full lifecycle,
Sharing knowledge, supporting new team members, and collaborating with L2 teams on improvements.
PROFILE:
Experience in customer service/technical support,
Fluency in Dutch and English,
Great communication skills,
Openness to working flexible hours,
Willingness to learn and expand knowledge.
