Customer Support Specialist with German
Your Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls and emails from customers in German (and occasionally in English).
Assist customers with booking accommodations and managing reservations.
Respond to complaints and resolve issues in line with company procedures.
Communicate with both property owners and guests to ensure excellent service.
Maintain accurate customer records in the system.
Ensure high levels of professionalism, empathy, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2 minimum).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations.
Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including approximately 2 weekends per month.
