Digital Maps Content Reviewer with Italian

We are looking for a Digital Maps Content Reviewer with Italian to join our team in Kraków.This is a non-customer-facing position focused on reviewing and verifying user-reported content on digital map platforms. You will moderate imagery submitted by users through sources such as maps or street view and help improve the quality of the map data.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Review and assess images according to defined guidelines.

• Make accurate moderation decisions based on internal policies.

• Identify and report issues to improve product quality and processes.

• Draw and label images to create training examples for machine learning tools.

What You’ll Need:

• Fluency in Italian (min. B2/C1) and English (C1).

• Experience working in a BPO or shared services environment.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

• Ability to work accurately under pressure and adapt to changes.

• Quick learner with good technical skills and curiosity for new tools.

• Team player who enjoys working in a multicultural setting.
