Location: Hybrid (minimum 40% work from one of the Client’s offices across Poland – Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Lublin, Opole, Katowice, Gdańsk, Poznań)

About your future employer:

Our Client is looking for an experienced Finance Solution Architect to join their global team. In this role, you will design and lead finance solutions for international clients, helping them improve processes and achieve operational excellence. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to turn business needs into effective, scalable solutions.

Finance Solution Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead finance solution design for new client projects and RFPs.

• Translate client requirements into clear process designs and transformation plans.

• Work with internal teams on pricing, delivery models, and implementation plans.

• Take part in client workshops and meetings to identify the best approach and strategy.

• Prepare proposal materials, presentations, and case studies.

• Collaborate with technology and delivery teams to ensure the right solution fit.

• Stay up to date with market trends and innovations in finance transformation.

• Support knowledge sharing and mentor junior team members.

• Ensure that all proposed solutions are cost-effective, practical, and meet client expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Around 10 years of experience in finance operations, process transformation, or solution design.

• Strong knowledge of finance processes such as Order to Cash (O2C), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Record to Report (R2R), and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• Experience creating solutions for RFPs and client projects in the finance domain.

• Understanding of finance operating models, shared services, and global delivery frameworks.

• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.

• Ability to identify process gaps and propose automation or optimization ideas.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – especially when working with senior finance leaders.

• Strong presentation skills and experience leading client workshops.

• Collaborative and proactive approach to working with multiple teams.
