Key responsibilities:
Take ownership of recurring financial compilation and validation tasks, ensuring figures are coherent, balanced, and ready for use in managerial processes.
Deliver analytical outputs and comparisons (e.g., performance against forecasts or historical results) in support of business planning and internal decision needs.
Assist in refining and enhancing financial routines to promote efficiency and accuracy, including through automation or standardization of outputs.
Work collaboratively with teams across finance functions and operational units, offering insights, clarifications, and documentation as needed.
Participate in both scheduled and unscheduled reporting obligations, preparing materials and summaries for various internal audiences
Key skills:
3-5 years of experience as Financial Controller or similar.
Strong familiarity with business financial workflows, reporting cycles, and month-end procedures.
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software and presentation tools; experience with large enterprise systems (e.g., SAP or similar) is expected.
B2 command of English to work effectively within diverse internal teams and external contacts.
Demonstrated capability to interpret complex data sets, communicate findings, and assist cross-departmental partners.
