For our client, we are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team.
Location: Warsaw / Stalowa Wola (on-site work)
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact point for employees.
- Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment and termination processes, ensuring full compliance with Polish labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain employment contracts, civil law contracts, and related documentation.
- Partner with line managers to support workforce planning and recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with the HR Data Specialist to manage employee data, ensure proper payroll input, and oversee HR system administration.
- Ensure accurate reporting to ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and deliver regular HR reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide insights and analysis on key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and more.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Stay up to date on changes in employment legislation and implement necessary adjustments within the organization.
- Provide practical HR support and solutions for day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of Polish labour law.
- Proficient in HR software and reporting tools.
- Strong command of English and Polish.
- A practical, solutions-oriented approach with a focus on employee satisfaction and organizational goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
