Junior Customer Service Specialist with German

You'll start with training, and then assist users with resolving issues related to RTV/AGD equipment. If you're fluent in German and available, apply now!

Your Responsibilities:

First month: Professional training
From the second month:

• Provide telephone technical support for RTV/AGD equipment users
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Provide information on products and their functionality
• Enter tickets into the system

Requirements:

• Fluent knowledge of German (minimum C1)
• Good knowledge of English (minimum B1)
• Basic knowledge of RTV/AGD equipment (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, televisions)
• Availability for at least 120 hours per month (working at least 1 Saturday per month)
