Responsibilities

• Connect with internal-customers in Italian to provide friendly and effective support.

• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure internal customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with your team to improve processes and deliver excellent service.

• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• B2 Italian & English

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

• Basic computer skills and comfort using various software tools.

• Motivation to learn and grow within the customer service field.
