Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team, overseeing task delegation, performance monitoring, motivation, and coaching.
- Oversee and continuously improve General Ledger and Fixed Assets processes and procedures.
- Ensure quality delivery of financial services, compliance with business and finance standards, and adherence to US GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage daily finance operations, including journal entries, VAT reporting, and month-end close for multiple EMEA entities.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in alignment with corporate timelines and standards.
- Support internal and external audit requirements (SOX testing, compliance) and manage risk management procedures.
- Collaborate with various finance teams to optimize operational efficiency and document all Record to Report activities for continuity.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Finance/accounting experience in an international company, with strong knowledge of US GAAP and Record to Report processes.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and collaborating across departments.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong Excel skills.
- Experience in change management, process improvement, and implementing new accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment.
- ACCA/CPA certification preferred.
