Sales Support Analyst with Romanian 

You will be interacting with customers, company sales and service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about company’s products or services. 


Here are some of the responsibilities 

  • Effectively collaborating with the Sales Team
  • Extracting customer databases from internal applications
  • Contract management: assisting in the preparation of various types of contracts for clients or distributors
  • End-to-end purchase order (PO) generation and administration, including approvals and follow-up
  • Fulfilling ad hoc requests from the sales team
  • Monitoring the implementation status of various sales activities
  • Maintaining and updating data and conducting data analysis as per business needs
  • Providing tracking and monitoring on key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • You are fluent in Romanian and can communicate in English
