Senior RTR & Treasury Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Manage banking, treasury, and cash pooling activities, ensuring compliance with risk management strategies.
- Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and review balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support intercompany settlements and transactions.
- Independently handle daily, monthly, and ad-hoc financial tasks.
- Assist with audits, maintain process documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Provide guidance to junior team members.
- Lead and support treasury-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in GL/RTR process.
- In-depth knowledge of treasury management systems and banking/treasury processes.
- Experience in cash flow forecasting, cash pooling, and hedging risk management strategies.
- Proficiency in SAP Finance and reconciliation tools (e.g., Blackline).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent task and time management with attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-driven, and improvement-oriented.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
- Fluent English knowledge, both written and spoken.
