Job Responsibilities:
- Manage supply chain processes, including Purchase Requisition analysis, Purchase Order management, and quote creation.
- Oversee export control licenses, material sales, and material substitution.
- Handle Sales Order and Stock Transfer Order processes, return order flow, and delivery date coordination.
- Monitor deliveries and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize customer service knowledge to support supply chain operations.
You are the right person for the role if you:
- Experience or educational background in Procurement, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2).
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple and ad-hoc tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stress effectively.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
