Key responsibilities:

• Providing front-line support to clients via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Answering client inquiries about products and platforms.
• Handling telephone trade executions after relevant training.
• Resolving disputes and offering technical support for platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English (min. C1) & French (min. C1)
• Microsoft Office package knowledge
• Analytical skills 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in customer service
