• Answering queries from our clients on all of products and platforms;
• Resolving trade queries and disputes;

You are the right person for the role if you:

• Are fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken);
• Have advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
• Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Have an action-oriented approach to problem-solving.
