To support the development of our international recruitment activities, we are looking for a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist to join our European HR team.
This role combines hands-on recruitment, stakeholder collaboration, and employer branding projects in an international environment.
About the role
Firstly, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the company car fleet, serving as the main point of contact for drivers and external partners. In this role, you will support employees, ensure clear communication of the car policy, and oversee the full vehicle lifecycle, from onboarding new drivers to contract termination and vehicle return.
Secondly, you will coordinate and administer employee learning and development activities. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and new hires, providing guidance, information, and support related to training and learning processes.
Lastly, you will provide administrative and operational support in payroll-related activities.
Responsibilities
Key activities fleet
Coordination and support for ordering new company cars
Follow-up of cost and invoicing flow with employees and leasing companies
Coordination with leasing companies and link with payroll
Supporting the strategy of fleet management in terms of evolving legislation
Key activities L&D Admin
Serving as a contact point to help global employees, as well as for new hires
Serving as the administrator of the global learning management system (LMS)
Managing user accounts, course registrations, learning paths and system configuration
Uploading, testing, and publishing educational content
Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data in the LMS
Key activities Payroll
Administration linked to the payroll process
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience in a similar role (2-3 years)
Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English, written and spoken
Hands-on mentality with a proactive, problem-solving, and service-oriented approach
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
Pragmatic mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
Ability to work efficiently and collaborate effectively with colleagues in Belgium

Compensation
Depending on experience and level of commitment, the base salary is expected to range from PLN 8,000 to PLN 9,000 gross.
Work Mode
Hybrid working model. During the probation period (3 months), you will work from the office daily. After the probation period, there is the possibility to work 2 days from home and 3 days from the office, with flexible starting hours.
