Customer Experience Specialist with Dutch
Main Responsibilities:
Prepare, create, update and follow up RFQ offers within the CRM, including header content and item registration.
Perform volume and technical checks on customer inquiries in collaboration with the Volume Allocation Manager (VAM) and Client Technical Support (CTS).
Assist the Account Manager in pricing processes and follow specific instructions for offer finalization (including “mini bar”, DPL)
Manage derogation files in line with validation workflows (“price deviation form – pdf”, if still exists)
Execute impact lists and perform retro billing tasks
Maintain accuracy and completeness of customer data in the Customer Master system.
Create and manage SAP contracts to enable order registration (if still applicable).
Collaborate with other stakeholders to support the Account Manager in required tasks
Register customer claims (Product claims, Invoice claims) in the system and provide necessary support to the AM, and encashment teams.
Monitor overall payment situation, support customer and internal teams in solving credit limit related topics, manage advance payments, providing support to AM as required.
Manage proforma requests, payments in advance, postponed payments
Build and maintain strong relationships with Account Manager to maximize satisfaction
Requirements
Proficiency in Dutch and English
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Customer-Centric Mindset
Strong communication skills, particularly interactions via phone, digital channels and email.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proven experience in customer service, order management, or a related field.
Familiarity with SAP, CRM tools, and offer management platforms (nice to have).
