ArcelorMittal BCOE is looking for a Candidate for a position of

Central Supplier Helpdesk Specialist with German

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to suppliers on how to use Ivalua and Ariba applications effectively.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding and registration.
  • Handle inquiries related to e-sourcing, e-procurement, and contract management.
  • Support suppliers with purchase order and invoice troubleshooting.
  • Resolve issues related to login, password resets, and system navigation.
  • Guide suppliers through the bidding and auction processes.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions to improve supplier self-service.
  • Collaborate with the IT department to resolve technical issues and improve system functionalities.
  • Collect and analyze helpdesk statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Mailbox management L1 -To perform supplier query resolution as Level 1 support (Business+Technical) with Ariba and Ivalua enablement team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a helpdesk or customer service role, preferably in a procurement or AP context.
  • Familiarity with Ivalua and Ariba platforms or similar procurement software.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and helpdesk software.
