Opis stanowiska

We are looking for a MarTech Team Lead to drive our marketing technology capability and ensure clients unlock the full value of their platforms, data, and digital optimisation. This role combines deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and client-facing leadership, acting as both a trusted advisor externally and a team leader internally. 


Core Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and mentor a specialist MarTech team, setting priorities, quality standards, and development paths. 

  • Translate client business needs into MarTech roadmaps and solutions that connect data, technology, and measurable outcomes. 

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients, presenting MarTech opportunities and guiding implementation. 

  • Collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, and Client Service teams to ensure technology and data are embedded in campaigns and projects. 

  • Oversee platform deployments, data flows, and optimisation projects across client accounts. 

  • Stay ahead of emerging MarTech trends and innovations, bringing scalable solutions into the agency. 

  • Support new business by identifying MarTech opportunities and contributing to pitches. 


Key Skills: 

  • Proven track record (5+ years) in MarTech, digital platforms, or related leadership roles. 

  • Deep understanding of marketing technology ecosystems (Adobe, Google, Salesforce, CRM, CDPs). 

  • Strong technical background (APIs, integrations, automation, low-code/no-code tools). 

  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. 

  • Excellent client-facing communication skills, able to turn technical detail into business impact. 

  • Collaborative and proactive leadership style. 

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken). 


Tools & Platforms: 

  • Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, Audience Manager, Campaign). 

  • Google Marketing Platform (GA4, Tag Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager). 

  • CRM & Marketing Automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze). 

  • Customer Data Platforms (Segment, Tealium, BlueConic). 

  • API & Integration tools (Zapier, Make, Postman). 

  • BI & reporting tools (Power BI, Looker Studio). 

  • Workflow & collaboration tools (ClickUp, Jira, Miro). 


Success Metrics: 

  • Client satisfaction and trust in MarTech solutions. 

  • Successful delivery of integrated MarTech projects with measurable outcomes. 

  • Adoption and usage of deployed technologies by clients. 

  • Contribution to agency growth through new business wins and upsells. 

  • Growth and development of the internal MarTech team.
