Committed to ambitious growth and the launch of a strategic, group-wide key initiative, we are looking for a high-impact, analytical Revenue Funnel Manager.
This is a critical commercial role designed to be the "engine" behind our digital and assisted sales success. You will take full ownership of the lead-to-sale funnel,
transforming marketing traffic into closed loan volumes across all channels.
What you’ll be doing:
Drive the commercial performance of the entire funnel, converting high-volume lead flows into closed deals to meet revenue and loan volume targets.
Act as the commercial architect of the lead-to-sale journey, ensuring a seamless transition between digital self-service, Marketing Automation, and
Call Center assisted sales.
Define and refine the "hand-off" logic between automated nurturing and human sales intervention to eliminate revenue leakage and maximize lead monetization.
Build and scale automated conversion workflows (web/mobile, email, SMS, CRM triggers) focused strictly on closing sales and recovering abandoned applications.
Plan and execute performance-driven tests on sales flows, offer presentation, pricing communication, and CTAs to systematically increase close rates.
Monitor sales performance via GA4 and CRM dashboards to identify bottlenecks and optimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and loan profitability.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Risk, and the Call Center to align sales messaging, credit policy, and commercial goals across all touchpoints.
Ideally you would have:
Solid experience in banking, lending, or FinTech, specifically in managing high-volume digital sales funnels and direct conversion channels.
A strong focus on business outcomes, revenue, and "closing the deal" rather than just improving website engagement metrics.
Hands-on experience operating CRM systems and Marketing Automation platforms as tools for sales conversion and lead recovery.
Ability to translate complex data from GA4 and CRM into actionable sales strategies and improved unit economics.
A good understanding of the loan product lifecycle, including risk-appetite alignment and the financial drivers of a lending business.
Fluent communication skills in Polish and English.
The ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
