An HR Specialist you will be responsible for enhancing employee experience and creating a positive organizational culture.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, productivity, and retention.

Collaborating with leadership to align engagement strategies with company goals.

Organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

Planning and executing annual HR events, such as employee appreciation days, wellness fairs, and professional development workshops.

Conducting feedback sessions to gather insights and address employee concerns.

Analyzing engagement data and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a strong understanding of HR best practices. Currently, we are looking for ambitious and team-oriented HR Specialist.

Your main responsibilities:

·        Implement employee engagement strategies that align with the company's values and culture.

·        Plan, execute, and manage the annual HR events calendar, including team-building activities, wellness programs, recognition events, and cultural celebrations.

·        Collaborate with internal teams  across all functions and projects to deliver company-wide engagement campaigns and events.

·        Track and maintain metrics/data and report findings to HR leadership.

·        Support onboarding and offboarding processes with a focus on employee experience.

·        Develop and execute employer branding initiatives(internal, external) under the HR scope that highlight the company’s values and culture.

·        Handle vendor relationships for HR-related services and products, process invoices (e.g., for training, events, wellness programs), ensuring accurate and timely uploading of invoices into the internal payment system.

·        Stay current with engagement trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the employee experience.


We are looking for you if you have

·        Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR field especially related to Talent Management activities

·        Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and deliver results within the timelines

·        Exposure to employee engagement activities and organizing HR events.

·        Prior Experience in IT industry will be a plus

·        Education (preferably in Psychology or Human Resources) preferable but not mandatory

·        Attention to details ,result driven, flexible and multi-tasking is required

·        Warm personality with strong communication and front ending skills

·        Should be a polite person with good manners.

·        Fluent in Polish and English

·        Should work from our Gdańsk office(Hybrid model)
