Customer Support Specialist with Czech
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who genuinely cares about customers and their experience with the Autenti platform and our services.
At Autenti, great customer support is built on communication, empathy and active listening. These skills allow us to turn even complex situations into positive customer experiences.
What we expect from you
Experience in customer-facing roles within SaaS or e-commerce environments
Confidence in handling customer requests and resolving issues
Czech at a professional working level (spoken and written)
English at a minimum B2 level
Ability to explain complex problems in a clear and simple way
Skill in translating technical language into everyday, user-friendly communication
Your responsibilities
Supporting customers in discovering and using the features of our SaaS platform
Resolving customer issues via email, chat and phone
Actively contributing to improving customer service quality standards
Identifying root causes of reported issues and cooperating with internal teams to eliminate them
Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles
Nice to have
Basic knowledge of Postman and APIs
