Opis stanowiska

At Autenti, we’re transforming how companies sign and manage documents through our secure, intuitive digital signature and workflow solutions. As a Junior SDR, you’ll be on the front line of our growth - identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who’s motivated, curious, and eager to kick-start a career in tech sales.


Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).

  • Proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn.

  • Fluent in Polish and German (both spoken and written).

  • Basic understanding of sales processes or SaaS business models.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of our team.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system.

  • Understand Autenti’s product offerings and communicate their value to potential customers.

  • Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.


Nice to have

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.

  • Familiarity with CRM HubSpot.

  • Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.

  • Interest in digital transformation, SaaS, and B2B sales.

  • Strong research skills and creativity in outreach approach.
