ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

It's a 24-months, fast-track to management with unprecedented international exposure that's geared specifically for high-potential Individuals.

Our HR Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT HR departments of Talent Management & Employer Branding, HR Business Partnering, Reward Management, Operations work together to achieve outstanding business results.

As a Global Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various positions and lay the foundation for a successful and internationally oriented career.

• Accountability from day one through self - driven projects
• Rotations within HR function including 2-weeks shadowing in Field Force – you'll gain insights about the work of BAT Representative
• Possible international assignment based on your performance and business needs

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, Business, Social Science, Economics, Psychology, or similar
• Recently graduated and/or up to 3 years of professional experience
• Passion for HR and a general knowledge of its core functions
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong intercultural competencies from international experiences
• National and/or international mobility
• Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative, and a drive to succeed
• Proficiency in English & Polish (both written & spoken)
