We’re Blazity — a team of React.js and Next.js experts creating modern, API-first digital products. We partner long-term with our clients, acting as trusted technology advisors and taking full ownership of the solutions we deliver. Our work spans complex web platforms, e-commerce ecosystems, and custom software products, helping organizations scale through continuous optimization, new feature development, and workflow automation.

Alongside client work, we actively build and maintain open-source projects, contributing to the broader tech community and strengthening our internal capabilities.

Our open-source and AI initiatives are becoming an increasingly important part of our strategy — and we want someone who is excited to help us build communities around them and make them visible to the global developer ecosystem.

 

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy Developer Community & Growth Lead who is passionate about technology, AI tools, and developer communities.

This role sits at the intersection of developer marketing, community building, and growth experimentation. Your mission will be to help us grow awareness and engagement around Blazity’s initiatives — especially our open-source projects, AI initiatives, and developer-focused products.

You will work closely with engineers, founders, and leadership to turn our technical work into content, conversations, and community momentum.

This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes the developer ecosystem, understands how communities grow online, and constantly experiments with new ways to reach and engage technical audiences.

 

Our requirements

  • Strong understanding of the IT / developer ecosystem, ideally from experience in SaaS, developer tools, open-source projects, or technology companies

  • Experience building or engaging developer communities (e.g., X, LinkedIn, GitHub, Discord, or similar platforms)

  • Good understanding of open-source ecosystems (OSS) and how communities grow around developer tools and technical products

  • Ability to spot industry trends quickly and turn them into engaging or viral content

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, productivity, and growth workflows, including tools such as Claude Code, Openclaw, Perplexity Computer, and skills.md

  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to experiment independently with growth initiatives

  • High level of energy, curiosity, and engagement with the developer and AI ecosystem

  • Fluent English

  • We care more about talent, creativity, and impact than years of experience — even 2–3 years of relevant experience can be enough

Scope of responsibilities

  • Build and grow developer communities around Blazity’s open-source and internal products

  • Design and execute growth and marketing initiatives targeting technical audiences

  • Run content and engagement initiatives on X and LinkedIn, including short-form video and personal branding initiatives for team members

  • Collaborate with engineers to translate technical work into developer-friendly communication and content

  • Manage and continuously improve Blazity’s website and online presence

  • Monitor AI, developer tooling, and tech ecosystem trends to identify new growth opportunities

  • Experiment with growth strategies, community initiatives, and viral content formats

  • Help position Blazity as a visible and respected voice in the developer ecosystem

 

What we offer

💰 Salary: 16,000 – 18,000 PLN / month (possible negotiation depending on experience)

Salary ranges
