Executive Assistant

Tasks & Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you are responsible for:
Proactively support the Center Head and leadership team with day‑to‑day administrative activities.
Anticipate needs and independently manage priorities, often with minimal direction.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, business reviews, and leadership events.
Collaborate with internal departments including HR, Legal & Compliance, Corporate Affairs, and Purchasing.
Engage with external stakeholders including industry partners, associations, service providers, and relevant bodies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or animal health sectors.
Work confidently with MS Office, MS Teams, and other digital collaboration tools.
About our future employee
Proven experience as an assistant to senior management or proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Completed higher education (at least bachelor’s degree)
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style (e.g. in the HR 3-pilar-model)
Ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and handle a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal effectiveness.
High level of confidentiality, judgment, and professionalism.
Ability to understand business priorities and adapt accordingly.
Fluent communication skills in English verbal and in writing
