Your responsibilities
- You will analyse existing processes and identify potential improvement options (based on efficiency, customer needs, cost savings, etc.) with the target to internationalise processes and systems.
- This includes also the introduction/implementation of new porcesses/ systems. Therefor you will prepare, interprete and present analysis results with calcualtions of initial impacts (e.g., customer benefits, savings) as well as coordinate priorities in process changes and optimisations.
- You will also document processes and prepare test cases.
- With the responsibility to improve the Customer Journey, with a conscious balance between process quality, costs and impact on customers you will shape the international CCM.
- Customer Care Management is an international matrix organisation in which you will work together with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy and Poland.

Our requirements
- You have successfully completed a study or a practical training with a commercial focus.
- You are experienced in using common process management and optimisation methods and you are also familiar with customer service processes.
- Also you have a very good process understanding and you are capable to work with existing KPIs to support process analysis.
- And you already have experience in process documentation.
- You have a minimum B2-level English proficiency and strong analytical and technical skills.
- You are a solution-focused team player with good conceptual skills.
- And of course you have a strong customer focus!
- You are well experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team setup.
- You thrive to work in a high-paced, sometimes stressful, and changing environment.
