🧝🏻Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Analytics Lead who thrives in a data-centric environment. You should have a strong business background, be comfortable working cross-functionally with different teams, and have a passion for leveraging data to create meaningful business insights. 🎯Things you’ll do:

  • Create advanced reports and analyses.
  • Collaborate closely with heads and team leaders from various departments (finance, sales, marketing, customer success) to understand their needs, define key metrics, and design dashboards or analyses that improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and derive actionable insights.
  • Work with data warehouses and BI tools to optimize analytical processes across the company.
  • Collaborate with the Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer, and Power BI Developer to ensure data reliability and scalability.
  • Ultimately take on the role of business intelligence team leader, guiding and mentoring a team of three.


💡Things you’ll need:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or ecommerce.
  • A passion for data-driven decision-making and improving organizational performance.
  • The ability to bridge the gap between business and data, ensuring insights are aligned with company goals.
  • Experience working in Scrum or another agile methodology.
  • Proficiency in modern data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Nice to have: Experience with dbt (Data Build Tool).
  • Prior leadership experience in managing projects or teams is a big plus, but not required.
