We are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join INSIGHTS24, Brand24’s professional services team.
In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening and scaling our sales operations, with a clear fast-track path toward a future Sales Manager or sales leadership position, based on your performance and impact.
This is not a standard “pipeline-only” sales job. You will combine hands-on sales execution with strategic ownership expanding inbound and outbound efforts, improving sales processes, and taking real responsibility for revenue growth. You’ll work closely with leadership and have direct influence on how we structure and scale our commercial function.
Salary: 19,000–23,000 PLN total (depending on experience)/ UoP or B2B
What You'll do:
Generate new business by working on inbound leads and opportunities, while also actively sourcing and developing outbound opportunities
Identify and target high-potential prospects through structured market research and account-based prospecting
Conduct proactive outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, in-person and virtual meetings, and other channels to build and maintain a consistent pipeline
Own and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring strong qualification, accurate CRM data, and clear next steps
Lead the full sales cycle - from discovery and qualification through negotiation, closing, and expansion of strategic accounts
Run live client meetings, including discovery sessions and tailored presentations that reflect customer needs and business context
Analyze customer challenges and data to provide insightful, value-driven responses and recommendations
Negotiate and close deals to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
Manage contract negotiations and commercial discussions to ensure profitable and sustainable outcomes
Collaborate closely with Marketing to align messaging, improve lead quality, and support demand generation efforts
Support the development and improvement of scalable sales processes, playbooks, and best practices to strengthen and expand sales operations
What we are looking for:
Proven track record in active outbound sales, focusing on B2B sales
Preferably 4–6+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development
Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with ability to lead senior-level conversations
Excellent English communication skills (minimum C1 level), with the confidence to communicate clearly and effectively with native speakers
Experience with CRM software, e.g. Pipedrive, and sales tracking tools
A proactive hunter mindset paired with the ability to strategically develop and grow accounts
Highly organized, proactive, and ownership-driven
Strong business and data analysis skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Experience in marketing technology, internet monitoring, market research, or digital media sales would be a strong advantage
