IT Office Specialist
Your responsibilities:
Organize and coordinate PLM (virtual)classroom trainings – from collecting needs and planning, through preparation to delivery and follow-up.
Cooperate closely with trainers, local training organizations, product owners and external suppliers across countries.
Provide data into a dedicated training management system.
Maintain and improve the PLM Training Portfolio.
Communicate training-related activities through internal channels (newsletters, intranet).
Analyze and report data to support operation and improvement activities.
Support selected business administration topics (forecasting, ordering, invoicing).
Our requirements:
Analytical approach and attention to detail, with planning and reporting abilities.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
Experience in international collaboration and building professional networks.
Creativity and editorial skills for preparing engaging content.
Fluent English, and German is a plus.
Confident use of MS Office (esp. PowerPoint, Excel incl. pivots), Sharepoint and JIRA.
Openness to agile ways of working.
