We are seeking an experienced recruitment professional who can effectively drive client acquisition and account growth.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a recruitment agency or their own recruiting initiative, understands the dynamics of client relationships, and is comfortable leveraging modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, HeyGen, etc.) to boost efficiency and performance.
Role Summary
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing new client relationships, managing recruitment processes, and acting as the account manager for your portfolio of clients.
You will collaborate closely with Calimala’s product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and market strategies.

Key Responsibilities
• Proactively acquire new B2B clients and build long-term, trusted relationships.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes using the Calimala platform — from client briefing to candidate recommendation.
• Serve as the account manager for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction, results, and ongoing collaboration.
• Work with the Calimala team to design and execute effective marketing and outbound strategies.
• Use AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, HeyGen, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.) to scale and automate key tasks.
• Contribute to shaping Calimala’s image as an innovative, data-driven recruitment partner for the AI and technology sectors.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency or similar environment.
• Proven track record in client acquisition and B2B relationship management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and the HR service sales cycle.
• Experience with outbound marketing or cold outreach is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in digital tools, analytics, and knowledge of modern recruitment and marketing trends.
• Comfort using AI productivity tools to enhance sourcing, communication, and reporting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and results-driven approach.
