Opis stanowiska

The Role

We’re looking for an English-speaking Recruiter/HR Generalist to join our People team and take the lead on recruitment while supporting a variety of HR initiatives that strengthen Ziflow’s culture and employee experience.


You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across Poland, the US, and beyond — finding and attracting top talent in the SaaS and product space. When hiring is lighter, you’ll shift focus to broader HR projects, such as internal communications, compliance, performance reviews, security audit support, and employee engagement initiatives like charity runs or wellness challenges.


You’ll report to our HR Manager, who’s been with Ziflow for over five years and who will support your growth and development across recruitment and broader HR responsibilities.

You’re passionate about people and recruitment. You know what makes a great hire in a SaaS or product company and can build strong relationships with candidates and managers alike. You’re proactive, organized, and creative. You thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and enjoy balancing recruitment with strategic HR projects that make a real impact on the team.


What You’ll Do

Recruitment

● Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, etc.).

● Partner with hiring managers to define needs, create hiring plans, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

● Proactively source both active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, social platforms, referrals, and other channels.

● Lead candidate communication, feedback, and offers with professionalism and care.

● Maintain accurate documentation of candidate pipelines and recruitment activities.

● Provide insights and metrics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

● Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent.


HR Operations & Culture

● Support HR system administration (HiBob) and access rights management.

● Assist the HR Manager on projects including compliance, performance reviews, and security audits as needed.

● Coordinate internal communications, including newsletters and culture updates.

● Organize and support employee engagement initiatives — company meetups, charity runs, wellness challenges, etc.

● Collaborate with the HR Manager on process improvements and HR projects that enhance employee experience.


What You Bring

● Fluent English (C1/C2).

● At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience — preferably in-house within a SaaS or product company.

● Passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement.

● Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

● Independence, initiative, and a hands-on approach.

● Comfort working in a fast-paced, global environment.

● Willingness to occasionally work after normal working hours to support US-based hiring.

● Interest in developing broader HR expertise across multiple areas.
