We’re looking for an experienced and strategic VP of Sales to spearhead our B2B growth efforts globally.
As VP of Sales, you’ll develop and execute a global sales strategy focused on expanding Calimala’s reach among companies posting job offers worldwide. You’ll lead and inspire a sales team, build relationships with C-level executives, and drive revenue by establishing Calimala as the go-to AI recruitment solution for enterprises.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a senior sales leader, ideally in a B2B SaaS or HR tech environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technology, recruitment processes, and the global talent market.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with experience selling to C-level executives.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.

- Build and manage a high-performance sales team, providing mentorship and coaching to drive success.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation and account-based marketing efforts.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to the product team to help guide Calimala’s roadmap and ensure client needs are met.
