Calimala is on a mission to transform how people find jobs and how companies source talent. Leveraging cutting-edge AI, we match candidates with ideal job opportunities while providing companies with sophisticated, data-driven insights for recruitment. We’re looking for an experienced and strategic VP of Sales to spearhead our B2B growth efforts globally.

As VP of Sales, you’ll develop and execute a global sales strategy focused on expanding Calimala’s reach among companies posting job offers worldwide. You’ll lead and inspire a sales team, build relationships with C-level executives, and drive revenue by establishing Calimala as the go-to AI recruitment solution for enterprises.


Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a senior sales leader, ideally in a B2B SaaS or HR tech environment. 
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technology, recruitment processes, and the global talent market. 
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with experience selling to C-level executives. 
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to grow Calimala’s client base globally. 
  • Identify and target high-potential clients in various sectors (e.g., tech, finance, BPO) and establish long-term partnerships. 
  • Lead outreach efforts to engage with C-level and senior HR leaders, showcasing the value of Calimala’s AI-driven recruitment tools. 
  • Build and manage a high-performance sales team, providing mentorship and coaching to drive success. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation and account-based marketing efforts. 
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to the product team to help guide Calimala’s roadmap and ensure client needs are met.
