Callstack
We don’t follow best practices, we set them!
Callstack supports and inspires top industry leaders to ship better digital products and services to their users. We are a team of high-level experts in cross-platform development and consultancy. We co-create the technology, collaborate with the Meta team on setting the direction for the future growth of the React Native framework, and much more!
We are recognized in the React Native Community as contributors to Open Source projects, organizers of React Universe Conf, as well as speakers at international conferences. We also organize regular community meetups in our HQ in Wrocław, Poland.
We truly believe that you can get the best out of people when you give them a chance to participate and develop. At Callstack you are the one to decide in which area you want to grow, you’ll have an individual self-development budget to empower your competencies and gain new skills. Our goal is to allow every employee to speak up and introduce their ideas to build the future together.
The HR Manager will lead a strong, well-established team with potential for further organic growth, aligning with the company’s scaling plans.
But this is not your typical HR role. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes HR — a visionary builder who wants to take culture, people experience, and organizational design to interstellar levels.
Your mission: to shape an engaged, high-performing, and cohesive organizational culture that supports Callstack’s dynamic growth through world-class HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development, HR Operations, and Employer Branding. This is a rare opportunity to go all-in on HR innovation — to design systems, frameworks, and people programs that will set new standards for how a global tech company empowers and grows its people.
If you’ve ever felt limited by bureaucracy, budget, caution, or mediocrity — search no more. Here, you’ll have the space, trust, and support to push boundaries, experiment boldly, and build the kind of workplace culture that ends up featured in Harvard Business Review or Wired.
Join us and play a pivotal role in supporting Callstack through its next phase of rapid growth. We’re entering an ambitious scaling phase — and we’re doubling down on HR as a true strategic engine of success. We’re already proud of what we’ve built: a strong culture, high engagement, and exceptional people. But we’re not stopping there — we want to become the benchmark for how HR can shape an extraordinary company. Join us — and make HR history.
